UAC:          
This method shows you how to Disable/Enable User Account Control from User Accounts
Please perform the following steps:

Please go to Start and choose Control Panel
Description:          

User Account Control (UAC) is a new feature that helps prevent malicious programs, also known as
"malware," from damaging a system. UAC stops the automatic installation of unauthorized applications.
UAC also prevents unintended changes to system settings.

If Control Panel is on Category View please click on Switch to Classic View button to change it.  
In the Control Panel window double click on User Accounts icon
In the User Accounts window double click on Turn User Account Control on or off icon
Please confirm UAC pop-ups in order to continue
To Enable UAC
- check the box Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer
To Disable UAC
- uncheck the box Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer
Please click on the ok button to continue
To finish please restart your computer
Msconfig:          
This method shows you how to Disable/Enable User Account Control using Tools section from
System Configuration
Please perform the following steps:

Please go to Pearl button (Start) and click on the Start Search
For more information about the change from Start to Pearl button click here
Type msconfig and press Enter
Please confirm User Account Control pop-up
In the System Configuration window please go to Tools tab
To Disable User Account Control select Disable UAC
To Enable User Account Control select Enable UAC
To continue click on the Launch button
In order to finish please close cmd and msconfig windows
CMD:          
This method shows you how to Disable/Enable User Account Control using Command Prompt
Please perform the following steps:

Please go to Pearl button (Start) and click on the Start Search
For more information about the change from Start to Pearl button click here
Type cmd, right click on cmd icon under the Programs and click on Run as administrator
Please confirm User Account Control pop-up
Please select, right and copy a registry key from below, then right click on command prompt window
, select Paste and press Enter

To Disable User Account Control:

REG add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System" /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

To Enable User Account Control:

REG add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System" /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

To finish please close command prompt window
Regedit:

Please perform the following steps:

Please go to Pearl button (Start) and click on the Start Search

Type regedit and press Enter
Please confirm User Account Control pop-up

Please navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies
\System and locate EnableLUA registrykey
Double click on EnableLUA and edit the value:

To Disable User Account Control:

Change the data value with 0

To Enable User Account Control:

Change the data value with 1

To finish press ok button and close Registry Editor window
